All orders must be placed at least 8 business days in advance of the event delivery date. If your order is placed too soon, you will be personally emailed to possibly arrange a new service.
Once you place your order, ensure you use the delivery address you want your item delivered to. Items are hand-delivered to your door.

Deliveries are only available within 20 miles of Downtown Seattle, all other addresses will be emailed to confirm different delivery arrangements and could incur an additional fee of $1/mile.

HELIUM BALLOONS: Helium balloons come with weights and can be left outside for as long as needed in temperatures under 70F. Higher temperatures cause deflation and shrinkage. Keep away from heating, hot lamps, lights, or any sharp corners. Once balloon is delivered, we are not responsible for any damage henceforth to the balloons.
